1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with CalliVibe Studio, located at 38 Ameshof Street, Johannesburg, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services, ranging from calligraphy-inspired branding to creative coaching, are provided subject to your compliance with the legal framework outlined herein.

2. Creative Consultation & Services

Our consulting process is collaborative. While we strive to provide transformative visual communication, the outcome depends on active client participation. All creative outputs, including logos and brand guides, remain the intellectual property of CalliVibe Studio until final payment is received in full.

3. Payments and Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure coaching or design slots. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for coaching sessions. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client is granted a perpetual license to use the final branding assets for their specified business use. However, the original "ink-flow" methodology and coaching frameworks developed by CalliVibe Studio are proprietary and may not be resold or redistributed.

• License for commercial use granted upon full settlement.
• Studio retains the right to display work in portfolios.

5. Limitation of Liability

CalliVibe Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our consulting advice or branding materials. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
